Good for phase: attack, crucero and consolidation

This is an easy recipe for the Dukan Diet. Oat Bran is one of the important elements on the diet that you need to have every day. On Attack phase you need 1 1/2 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp on crucero and 3 Tbs in consolidation. You can have it just in plain yogurt, but I love to create some variations to make my diet more fun :)
