Are you at a crossroads in your relationship, considering whether to stay or leave?

In this video, I share several key questions to ask yourself to gain clarity during this difficult time.
First, have you done everything in your power to grow through this situation?

Are you being fully honest with yourself and your partner about your feelings, needs and compatibility?

Next, examine where you may be waiting for your partner to change or heal, rather than taking 100% responsibility for showing up as your best self. What would it look like to choose this challenging experience and turn towards the difficult emotions it's bringing up?

Another important question is: Where are you being called to love more, and where are you holding back?

Even if the relationship ends, it's possible to do so from an open heart rather than turning your partner into an enemy.

Finally, many people grieve the loss of the fantasy or ideal they projected onto the relationship. You may realize your partner cannot complete you in the way you hoped. This is an opportunity to find wholeness within yourself.

Whether you stay or leave, viewing this crossroads as a catalyst for your own growth and evolution can empower you to show up more fully - both for yourself and your relationships.

I hope this provides a helpful perspective during this challenging time. If you need support navigating this, I'm here to help - but know that you have the strength within you to get through this.
