One of the healthiest food on the planet is cruciferous vegetables because it contains Sulforaphane in a very powerful antioxidant, but you have to treat it. Why do you have to chop it up first before you cook it? And then when it's tapped up, then you wait 45 minutes because then the sulforaphane is created and then you can cook it. But if you cook it first, then it won't be able to create a so far thing. It's like two types of fluid inside the plant that has to be mixed, eh, and they are mixed when you cut it up.
