Eating just two tablespoons of beans or legumes per day can increase your lifespan with 8%. But some people are unwilling to, to eat legumes and beans because a fight they'll produce a lot of gas and be bloated because studies have shown that it's actually not a problem. Most people don't produce extra gas and if they do, then it's a problem that goes away because your gut bacteria gets used to eating beans. If you eat it on a regular basis and then you will stop being bloated. So I think it's worth the waste to eat two types of spoons of beans every day, and live 8% longer.
