There are many reasons that can lead to a person cheating on the hCG diet or ultimately "failing" at it, at least temporarily. In this video I try to just give an overview of some of the reasons I think this can happen, and by discussing them, we can hopefully have some of the tools we need to avoid this for ourselves.
