This HCG Phase 2 Meal is an apple-y twist on a chicken hamburger patty.
Its supper yummy and sure to make your tummy happy :)
I love love love eating these with a bit of HCG friendly Ketchup, mustard and pickles. Then I wrap them in a large lettuce leaf and dig in like theres no tomorrow! YUMM!

Ingredients:
100 g Ground chicken breast
Melba Toast crumbs from 1 Melba Toast
2 Tbsp Apple (minced)
2 Tbsp Apple juice (fresh juiced or all natural without any additives)
1 Tbsp Onion (minced)
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Onion powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Nutmeg
Dash Cayenne pepper
Dash of salt and pepper
(water, chicken broth or apple juice for deglazing)
Directions:
Combine all Ingredients (except deglazing liquid) and mix thoroughly.
Form into 3 patties and cook until lightly brown.
Deglaze periodically with water, chicken brother or apple juice.
Serve hot over lettuce and enjoy!
