In this Video, John Rose takes a closer look at the Healthiest Diet for Humans. John explains that in order to understand our Healthiest Diet, we also have to understand the Cause of Disease and it’s NOT near as complicated as most people would think. In fact, it’s amazingly simple, unless 1 of our 10 Body Systems are Damaged and then, it can get slightly more complicated. John goes over these 10 Body Systems to help us understand which Body System might be Damages, as well as giving a very simple, yet through analysis as to the Cause of Disease and our Species Specific Diet that, literally, Prevents and Reverses the vast majority of our Illnesses and yes, even Ill-Behaviors.
